Development Program/Pay

Human Resources will no longer remind individuals to register for and participate in development seminars who are lacking the qualifications for the 2.5% or 3.5% development pay.

We encourage you to review your 'participation' on the HR web site once or twice a year. (See link below)

Read our letter of agreement below for contract language explaining what your responsibilities are to be eligible for Development pay.
